Massage Therapy is one of the oldest healing arts, dating back to 3000 BCE in India, where it was an integral part of Ayurveda — a sacred system of natural medicine. Passed down through generations, massage has long been used to heal injuries, relieve pain, and restore balance to the mind and body.
Today, Lynda brings over 20 years of hands-on experience treating a wide range of clients — including professional athletes, the elderly, cancer patients, post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation, and those seeking relief from chronic stress and muscular tension.
Lynda’s approach is deeply intuitive, blending technical skill with a nurturing presence. Her signature style invites the body into deep relaxation first, allowing therapeutic work to be received rather than endured. This enhances the body’s natural healing response and creates a more profound, lasting effect.
Every massage session is uniquely tailored to your specific needs, drawing from a variety of techniques, including:
Swedish Massage — For deep relaxation, improved circulation, and stress reduction.
Neuromuscular Therapy — To release chronic patterns of tension and address specific muscular issues.
Medical Massage — Focused treatment for injury recovery, post-surgical care, chronic pain management, and structural imbalances, often in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Lymphatic Drainage — Gentle techniques to support immune health, detoxification, and post-surgical healing.
Trigger Point Therapy — To release “knots” and restore ease of movement.
Integrative Positional Therapy — A gentle method that realigns the body and relieves pain through supported positioning.
Whether you’re seeking recovery from injury, relief from chronic discomfort, or simply a return to inner peace, Lynda’s holistic massage therapy offers a pathway to true healing — body, mind, and spirit.

Shortly after receiving my BA in Psychology, Lynda became dedicated to holistic healing. The journey started after becoming certified in Massage Therapy and her healing journey continues with training and practice of 30 years.
