Week 2: Understanding Your Inner Landscape

A longer session to access deeper source of stress and anxiety.  Answering most pressing concerns through journeying to other dimensions with your spiritual support team of angels and spirit guides.  Explore past experiences, limiting beliefs, and potential inner resources for healing and resilience. This session aims to release emotional wounds and anchor in a new sense of inner peace.

    • Integration journaling after the BQH session to process insights.

Breathwork & Guided Meditation, Exercises and Tools Review
